Dey, A.P.P. 03/09.01.2026 Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. appearing for the State. 2. The applicant who is in custody since 24.06.2025 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 72 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 304(2) of the BNS, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M, Jamtara. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosures have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 4. Earlier the bail application of this applicant was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 26.09.2025 in B.A. No. 8841 of 2025. 5. Prayer for bail of the applicant has been renewed stating that applicant is innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 7. Considering the materials available on record and the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Jamtara in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 72 of 2025, subject to condition that one of the bailor would be the pairvikar and he is directed to report to the concerned Police Station once every month for six months and further subject to the 2026:JHHC:486 2 B.A. No. 10602 of 2025 condition that the applicant(s) will submit self-attested photocopy/photocopies of his/her/their Aadhaar Card(s) and also submit his/her/their mobile number(s) before the learned trial court which he/she/they will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court and he is directed to report once in a month to the concerned police station.
