This appeal is directed against the order dated 24.02.2026 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Palamau at Daltonganj in M.C.A No.426 of 2026, arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No.13 of 2024, corresponding to G.R Case No.1627 of 2024, S.T. Case No.497 of 2024, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. It has been alleged that some pamphlets for boycott of the General Election, 2024 were issued by a Terrorist Organization. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that the main allegation has been levelled against Pankaj Prajapati and he has been granted bail by the learned Court below. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has been implicated on suspicion and he is in custody since 30.08.2024. Learned Spl.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Regard being had to the facts that the appellant has been implicated primarily on suspicion as well as considering the period of custody undergone by him, we, while setting aside the order dated 24.02.2026 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Palamau at Daltonganj in M.C.A. No.426 of 2026, arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No.13 of 2024, corresponding to G.R Case No.1627 of 2024, S.T. Case No.497 of 2024, direct that the appellant, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Pipra P.S.
