The petitioner claims that he has been running a bakery for several years under the name and style of “Amaravathi Cafe”. He participated in a tender process and was allotted Shop Nos.85 & 86 in the aforesaid bus stand. An allotment order was passed on 25.07.2025 and a lease agreement was entered into on 29.10.2025. Despite having complied with all the requirements, the respondents for reasons unknown, are preventing him from exercising his rights as the successful bidder . Hence, the present writ petition. 2. When the matter was taken up by Mr.Abishek Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent states that possession has been handed over to the petitioner on 03.02.2026. He further states that thereafter, the petitioner commenced his activities.
