Records reflect that there were suppressions at the behest of the accused persons for obtaining bail from the court of the learned CJM, Paschim Bardhaman. Learned advocate for the State is present. Having considered that bail was granted on 26.06.2020, more than 5 years 9 months ago, at this belated stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of bail as there are no materials before this Court in respect to post bail conduct. Report submitted by the State reflects that trial is in progress and there are no violations relating to post bail conduct.
