Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Papudippu Sashidhar Reddy, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Ms. Naga Chandrika, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Finance and Planning. 2. Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Finance has submitted the Written Instructions dated 10.04.2026 furnished by the Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department. Copy of it is supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions dated 10.04.2026 would indicate that the amounts to be paid to the Writ Petitioner is not disputed. 4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, having taken instructions from his client, is agreeable to accept the net amount of Rs.10,92,201/- as full and final settlement. 5. Having considered these facts, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition, directing all the Official Respondents including the Respondent No.2 (Department of Finance) to pay a sum of Rs.10,92,201/- as full and final settlement within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of uploading of this Order on the website of this Court, by completing all the inter-departmental and intra-departmental administrative formalities by cooperation and coordination between all the concerned departments and transfer the said amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter. 6. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the Competent Authority within one (01) week from today, for effective compliance. 4 7. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 8.
