Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in this application, the same is allowed and the delay of 36 days in filing the appeal is hereby, condoned. I.A. No.4786 of 2026 stands disposed of. Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 449 of 2026 Heard Mr. Shailesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellant and Mrs. Priya Shrestha, learned Spl.P.P. for the State. This appeal is directed against the order dated 22.12.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Dhanbad in connection with B.P. No. 1047/2025, arising out of Dhanbad G.R.P.S. Case No.122/2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. It has been alleged that the appellant and another accused were apprehended from the Vasco Da Gama Train and they were suspected to be involved in human trafficking of children, who were recovered. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.11.2025. It has further been submitted that the appellant himself is an unemployed person. It appears that all the victims have been recovered from the custody of the appellant. Considering the fact that the appellant is in custody since 04.11.2025, we, while setting aside the order dated 22.12.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Dhanbad in connection with B.P. No. 1047/2025, arising out of Dhanbad G.R.P.S. Case No.122/2025, direct that the appellant, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate Railway, Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad G.R.P.S. Case No.122/2025.
