Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner claimed himself as an RBI Officer, assisted A1 and collected a sum of Rs.30 lakhs from the defacto complainant, and thereby involved in cheating and further the petitioner is having bad antecedents of two previous cases out of which one case of similar in nature registered under Section 420 of IPC offence, I am of the view that if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, there is likelihood that he will indulged in similar offence. Hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.” 3. Now the petitioner has preferred the second anticipatory bail without any change in circumstances, hence, I am not inclined to revisit the earlier order. 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 12.02.2026 gbi To 1.
