The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the petitioner is aged about 86 years and is a senior citizen suffering from age-related ailments. It is further submitted that she is presently residing at Delhi, and owing to her advanced age and medical condition, she is not in a position to travel and appear before this Court in person. Hence, the present application has been filed seeking permission to adduce evidence through video conferencing. 3.
