However, learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 17.03.2026 and a copy of letter dated 02.03.2020 issued by Chief Conservator of Forests, Shimla, Forest Circle, Shimla. The same are taken on record. 2. As per the communication dated 17.03.2026, this Court had stayed the operation of the transfer order dated 11.02.2020 and the petitioner is continuously working at his 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 present place of posting i.e. Ghurla Beat, Bamta Range of Chopal Forest Division w.e.f. 14.03.2016. 3. Since the petitioner has completed his normal tenure of 3 years at the present place of posting, this Court does not want to keep the petition pending. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondents shall be at liberty either to implement the transfer order, which was stayed by this Court, or transfer the petitioner to another station. 4. In view of the above, interim order dated 11.02.2020 passed by this Court is vacated and the petition is accordingly disposed of.
