Mr. Kar, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the KMC, draws our attention to the previous order as passed by this court in connection with instant writ petition. 2. It is submitted by Mr. Kar that despite granting several opportunities, the petitioner is not interested to file some more documents as prayed for. It is further submitted by Mr. Kar that on more than one occasion, the petitioner was not represented. On careful perusal of the earlier orders as passed in the instant writ petition, we find sufficient substance in the submission of Mr. Kar. 2 3. On perusal of the prayer of the instant writ petition, it reveals that the grievance of the writ petitioner is that the respondent KMC is not taking appropriate steps to stop damage of existing playground at Lal Maidan, Belgachia. 4. Considering the conduct of the writ petition, we have every reason to believe that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the instant writ petition. 5. In view of such, WPA(P) 377 of 2025 is dismissed without observing anything on merits. 6.
