ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioners seek for the following reliefs:-
“(i) Issue a Writ or a direction or an appropriate order in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 and 3 to consider the representations of the 1st petitioner for regularization and consequential benefits the service of the Petitioner as library supervisor pursuant to representation dated 5/1/2026 given by the 1st petitioner to the 2nd respondent who is the COMMISIONER DEPARTMENT OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND PANCHAYATH RAJ BENGALURU FOR REGULARIZATION AND CONSEQUENTIAL BENEFITS VIDE ANNEXURE- J and, consider the representation of the petitioner No.1 dated 1/1/2026 given to the 3rd respondent the Chief executive Officer Zilla Panchayath Shivamogga District for regularization and consequential benefits VIDE ANNEXURE- J1;
(ii) Issue a Writ or a direction or an appropriate order in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Nos.2

and 3 to consider the representations of the 2nd petitioner for regularization and consequential benefits the service of the Petitioner as library supervisor pursuant to the representation dated 5/1/2026 is given by the 2nd petitioner to the 2nd respondent who is the COMMISIIONER DEPARTMENT OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND PANCHAYATH RAJ BENGALURU for REGULARIZATION AND CONSEQUENTIAL BENEFITS VIDE ANNEXURE- K. and, consider the representation of the petitioner No.2 dated 1/1/2026 given to the 3rd respondent the Chief executive Officer Zilla Panchayath Shivamogga District for regularization and consequential benefits VIDE ANNEXURE- K1;
(iii) Issue a Writ or a direction or an appropriate order in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are to consider the representations of the 3rd petitioner for regularization and consequential benefits the service of the Petitioner as library supervisor pursuant to representation dated 05/1/2026 is given by the 3RD petitioner to the 2nd respondent who is the COMMISIONER DEPARTMENT OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND PANCHAYATH RAJ BENGALURU FOR REGULARIZATION AND CONSEQUENTIAL BENEFITS VIDE ANNEXURE- L. and, consider the representation of the petitioner No.3 dated 1/1/2026 given to the 3rd respondent the Chief executive Officer Zilla Panchayath Shivamogga District for regularization and consequential benefits VIDE ANNEXURE- L1;

(iv) Issue any other order or directions and grant such other reliefs this writ petition.”

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 7 and learned counsel for respondent No.3 and perused the material on record. For the order proposed, notice to respondent Nos.4 to 6 is dispensed with. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representations dated 05.01.2026 and 01.01.2026 at Annexure-J, J1, K, K1, L and L1 respectively submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their

representations dated 05.01.2026 and 01.01.2026 at Annexure-J, J1, K, K1, L and L1 respectively and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision bearing in mind and taking into account the
judgment passed in W.P.No.101474/2025 dated 02.12.2025 (Dharwad Bench) and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands
disposed of.
