1. This revisional application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of an application in connection with the Title Suit No. 121 of 2025 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Baruipur, South 24-Parganas for local inspection under Order 39 Rule 7 of the Code of Civil Procedure which is pending since December 8,
2025.
2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed direction for prior service of copy of this application along with notice on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of this application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.
3. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Baruipur, South 24-Parganas to dispose of the application under Order 39 Rule 7
of the Code (Title Suit No. 121 of 2025) as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
4. With the above observations, CO. 1156 of 2026 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
