1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would make a prayer before the Executing Court for expeditious hearing of the matter in the light of the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in its various judgments.
3. Prayer is granted.
4. The petitioner is at liberty to make an appropriate application before the Executing Court, which would take the issue to its logical end in view of the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in its various judgments.
5. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
