The applicant has filed the present application seeking restoration of the appeal. A conditional order was Kavita 2 / 2 4-cao-817-26 passed directing removal of the office objections within a period of fourteen days. It appears that the said objections could not be removed within the stipulated period of fourteen days, as the learned counsel was unwell and, therefore, could not attended the matter. Consequently, the appeal came to be dismissed for want of prosecution. 2. Considering the reasons stated for the dismissal of the appeal, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is hereby set aside. 3.
