PP --- 04/17.04.2026 Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the IPC and Section 66(B), 66(C), 66 (D) of the I.T. Act pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II, Cum-Spl. Judge (Cyber-crime), Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was rejected earlier in B.A. No. 5576 of 2024 vide order dated 23.08.2024. The prayer for bail was renewed on the ground of custody since 17.04.2024. The learned counsel has also submitted that the trial has commenced and the witnesses have been examined, however, she is not aware as to how many witnesses have been examined so far. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the bail application of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merit, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner above named is rejected. 6. However, as the trial is in progress, the State is directed to promptly produce the witnesses before the court so that the trial may come to a logical end. ( 2026:JHHC:11032 ) 2 7. Learned counsel for the State is directed to communicate this order to the Director, Prosecution and also to the Superintendent of Police of the concerned District. 8.
