The present writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:- “(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the suspension order dated 14.05.2026 (Annexure No.14) (Page No.50….) passed against the petitioner. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Secretary In-charge with all consequential benefits.” 2. Mr. Himanshu Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner after making submissions for some time states that he is not pressing the writ petition. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, the dismissal of the writ petition would not come in the way of the writ petitioner in 1 2026:UHC:4670-DB raising all possible pleas during the course of the enquiry.
