JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioners seek the following reliefs: “a) Issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent No.2 – Society to consider the representations of the Petitioner dated 09.02.2016 and 15.04.2026 at Annexure- J and K in accordance with the orders of this Hon’ble Court dated 13.07.2012 in W.P.No.15128/15168/2012 c/w W.P.No.20204/2011 (S-RES) and connected matters as per Annexure-B and in terms of the final selection list dated 17.06.2015 bearing No.KaVaShiSaSa/Adalitha/Hose/ C.R.01/2013-14 and consequently direct issuance of appointment order in the interest of justice and equity; b) Grant such other and further relief's as this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22592 WP No. 13119 of 2026 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations at Annexure – J and K dated 09.02.2016 and 15.04.2026 submitted to respondent No.2 has not been considered so far by respondent No.2 nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned AGA for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 submit that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation at Annexure – J and K dated 09.02.2016 and 15.04.2026 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within 15.05.2026.
