Mr. Sumit Sharma, learned Deputy Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced copy of letter dated 11.03.2026 and order dated 08.01.2026 issued by the Director Health Services, Himachal Pradesh. The same are taken on record. 3. A perusal of order dated 08.01.2026 reveals that the petitioner has been granted higher scale i.e. Rs.41300/- Level-9, Cell-6 w.e.f. 19.06.2019. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 4. In view of the said fact, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition. 5. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not paid to the petitioner within eight weeks from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the execution petition. 6.
