particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents, particularly the 3rd respondent, in interfering with the personal liberty of the petitioner and in taking or proposing to take coercive steps against the petitioner in connection with Crime No, 108 of 2026 of Yerpedu Police Station, despite the petitioner not being arrayed as an accused in the FIR and there being petitioner with the alleged offence, while the petitioner's correct is Cherukuri Hemakumar Reddy, whereas the complaint allegedly refers to a different person by the name Flemanth, as being illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, violative of Articles 14, 21 and 22 of the Constitution of India, contrary to the provisions of the BNSS, and consequently direct the respondents not to take any coercive steps including arrest, detention, harassment or any other coercive action against the petitioner in connection with Crime No. 108 of 2026 unless and until his involvement is established in accordance with law and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Pleased to direct the respondents, particularly the 2nd and 3rd respondents, not to take any coercive steps including arrest, detention, harassment, summoning under threat or any other coercive action against the petitioner in connection with Crime No. 108 of 2026 of Yerpedu Police Station, Tirupati District, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
