ORDER: Present writ petition is filed seeking mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not releasing outstanding admitted due amounts to the petitioner for the works executed or services rendered for the months of August and September, 2022, pursuant to agreement, dated 31.12.2020, entered into between petitioner and respondents, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondents to release the outstanding due amounts to the petitioner.
2. Mr.Chilukuri Karthik, learned counsel, representing Mr. V. Nitesh,
learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that after filing of writ petition,
2 payments have been released, therefore, cause in the writ petition does not survive and writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
