The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Taljhari P.S. Case No. 222 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 103 (1) of B.N.S. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has committed murder of Bachan Munda. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false and the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It is next submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case only on the basis for being last seen with the deceased and he has been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. It is next submitted that there is no eye-witness to the occurrence and no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is next submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para 12 and the petitioner has been in custody since 22.12.2025 as mentioned in para 1 and the petitioner is ready and willing to co-operate with the trial of the case. It is next submitted that the co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 17.04.2026 in BA No. 2958 of 2026. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rajmahal, in connection with Taljhari P.S Case No. 222 of 2025 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case, furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case.
