The order dated 26.12.2024 is already challenged by the petitioner before the appellate Authority by filing an appeal. The appeal, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, though filed is not decided till this date. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions has submitted that the appeal is now fixed for hearing on 21.09.2026 and the same shall be decided immediately. The communication dated 07.09.2026 issued by the Additional Commissioner is taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identification. 4. Considering the fact that the appeal is pending and it is now fixed for final disposal, we direct the Additional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati to decide the appeal within a period of one month from 21.09.2026. Decision taken thereupon, be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision. 5. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
