Heard learned counsel on either side. 3. During the course of arguments, it is brought to the notice of this Court by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that challenging the impugned orders passed by the 4th respondent – Tahsildar, Nellore dated 31.03.2010 in Rc.B.1623/2010, the Special Tahsildar, Land Reforms, Nellore district filed a revision petition before the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh vide proceedings in CCLA’s Ref.No.Sett.II(1)/251/2014, wherein, the Chief 6 VS,J W.P.No.37647 of 2018 Commissioner of Land Administration vide order dated 26.03.2026, dismissed the review petition confirming the order passed by the 4th respondent dated 31.03.2010. Further, learned Assistant Government Pleader has also furnished a copy of instructions of the 4th respondent dated 10.07.2026 wherein it is stated that the petitioners along with others are said to be in possession of the land situated in Sy.No.3 of Mattempadu village, Nellore district by cultivating mango garden. 4. In view of the fact that the impugned orders dated 31.03.2010 passed by the 4th respondent were upheld by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh in a review petition filed by the Government through Special Tahsildar, vide proceedings dated 26.03.2026, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition, however, with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the proceedings of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, dated 26.03.2026. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 26.03.2026 of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration before appropriate forum, if so aggrieved, by filing a writ petition before this Court within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the respondent authorities are directed 7 VS,J W.P.No.37647 of 2018 not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over their respective properties in Sy.No.3 of Mattempadu village, Nellore district. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
