Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph-2 as well as paragraph-4 of the order dated 17.07.2025 passed in the said writ petition, the year of squarely covered case i.e., W.P.(C) No. 6810 has wrongly been mentioned as “2024” instead of “2019” and the said fact would be evident from a copy of the order dated 25.07.2024 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 6810 of 2019 which has been annexed as Annexure-2 to the present C.M.P. It is thus submitted that the aforesaid mistake occurring in the order dated 17.07.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1060 of 2024 may accordingly be ordered to be modified. 2026:JHHC:10988 2 3. No one appears on behalf of the respondent-Bank. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering that the aforesaid mistake occurring in the order dated 17.07.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1060 of 2024 is a typographical one, the year of the referred writ petition i.e., W.P.(C) No. 6810, as mentioned in paragraph nos. 2 and 4 of the order dated 17.07.2025, is corrected to be read as “2019”. 5. The order dated 17.07.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1060 of 2024 is modified to the said extent. 6. The present C.M.P. is, accordingly, disposed of. (Rajesh Shankar, J.)
