This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 r/w. Article 215 of the Constitution of India alleging non-compliance of the order dated 13.06.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 2872/2025 whereby, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has directed the parties to maintain the status quo as it exists on that date. 2. From perusal of the documents, it is not reflected that the petitioner has submitted a copy of the order dated 13.06.2025 before the respondent authorities therein. 3. When the Court has put specific question to the learned counsel for petitioner about placing the copy of the order before the Tehsildar, Tehsil – Patthalgaon, District – Jashpur, he submits that from the documents 2 handed over to him, it is not reflecting that after passing of the order and prior to issuance of notice dated 09.03.2026, the order dated 13.06.2025 is brought to the notice of the authority. 4. He further submits that the copy of the order dated 13.06.2025 has been placed before the respondent authority on 16.03.2026 and since then, no adverse action has been taken against the petitioner. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the petitioner, facts and circumstances of the case, in the opinion of this Court, no contempt would be made out.
