2. This is a prayer bail under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 in connection with Sivasagar P.S. Case No. 199/ 2025, arising out of the FIR dated
26.12.2025.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, as per the FIR itself, the petitioner had leased out the vehicle to one Imran Hussain, since the vehicle was a commercial vehicle.
4. It appears that the owner of the cattle had already been granted bail by the competent Court. The present petitioner was also granted interim pre- arrest bail by order dated 25.03.2026.
5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet has already been submitted vide C.S No. 37 dated 31.03.2026.
6. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has co-operated with the investigation, which is already over, the order of interim pre-arrest bail is hereby made absolute.
7. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
