According to the petitioners, they took house loan of Rs. 10.00 lakh from Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited in the year 2018. Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4, however, contends that housing loan of Rs. 13,19,698/- was sanctioned in favour of petitioners in the year 2018. 3. In this writ petition, petitioners have challenged order dated 14.01.2026, passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar under Section 14 of SARFAESI Act. They have also sought quashing of recovery proceeding initiated by respondent No. 3 for recovery of Rs. 13,56,487/-. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for a while submits that he do not want to press prayer Nos. 1 and 2, and respondent Nos. 3 and 4 be directed to furnish statement of account to the 2026:UHC:4535 petitioners so that petitioners may liquidate the loan. 5. Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that her client has no objection in issuing statement of account to the petitioners disclosing their outstanding as existing on the date of issuance of such statement of account. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to issue statement of account to petitioners within 48 hours. 7. Petitioners shall thereafter take necessary steps for repaying the outstanding dues to respondent Nos. 3 and 4, as per law, within three weeks. 8.
