Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for respondents 1 to 5. From the averments in the affidavit, it appears that there is a title dispute in respect of the property and the petitioner alleges that partition deed dated 06.07.2023 was executed and registered on the basis of an incorrect family tree. Evidently, there are disputed questions of fact which could be appropriately adjudicated through a trial process in a civil court. Leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional civil court for relief, this writ petition is disposed of.
