JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 17/04/2026 The present petition is filed with the following prayers: “(a) That by appropriate writ, order, directions, and instructions, the impugned order dated 16.01.2026 (Annexure-7) may kindly be declared quash and set- aside and thereafter, respondents be directed to immediately renew the licence of petitioner for possession and sale of fireworks. (b) That any other appropriate writ, order or direction which may be considered just and proper in the circumstances of the case may kindly be issued in favour of the petitioner. In light of availability of alternate remedy, this Court disposes the writ petition, with a direction that the appellate authority shall act in accordance with law, considering the plea of the petitioner afresh and pass a reasoned order within a period of three months. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed. (SAMEER JAIN),J DEEPAK /1
