By this application, the appellant is seeking condonation of delay on the ground that after passing of the judgment, he applied for the certified copy and other relevant documents for filing of the appeal. Upon receiving the requisite documents and obtaining proper legal advice, he became aware of his legal rights and, therefore, delay of ten days’ is caused. In view of that, the delay be condoned. 2. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposed the same on the ground that delay is not properly explained. 3. Considering the length of a delay and the reason mentioned in the application which appears to satisfy us that there are sufficient and reasonable cause for condonation of delay.
