Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of R1 and Mr. R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) accepts notice on behalf of R2. 3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has placed on record the written instructions received by the Special Government Pleader from the Tahsildhar, informing that the survey and demarcation of the boundaries as prayed for in this writ petition has been completed. The survey report has also been filed along with the written instructions. A copy of the same has also been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
