This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicants for impleading them as respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5 in MAC App. No.61/2016, since disposed of. 3. Mr. Islam, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the claimants, namely, Anowar Ali and Rahima Bibi were the respondents in MAC App. No.61/2016, which was disposed of by this Court on 26.02.2020 by directing the United India Insurance Company Limited to pay a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- to the respondents/claimants within a period of 2(two) months from the date of passing of the order. After disposal of the said appeal, both the claimants, namely, Anowar Ali and Rahima Bibi suffered demise and thereafter, the applicants herein have received one notice from the Registry issued in the name of Anowal Ali, to the effect that a sum of Rs.1,82,902/- is lying with the Registry and accordingly, requested to receive the same. Instead, they were instructed to obtain an order of this Court. And therefore, this interlocutory application is preferred by the applicants seeking the relief as aforesaid. 4. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands disposed of with a direction to the applicants to file an application before the Registry of this Court with the next of kin certificate and the document for identification, such as Aadhaar Card/PAN Card and on such application being filed, the Registry shall release the amount after proper verification.
