The present Writ Petition has been filed, directing the 1st respondent to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.08.2020 on merits and in accordance with law. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 5th respondent has encroached upon lands in S.F.Nos.416 and 418/49. Though the petitioner has sent a representation on 10.08.2020 for removal of encroachment, no steps have been taken so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.
