This interlocutory application has been preferred by the appellant for condoning the delay of 08 days in filing the appeal. Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in this application, the same is allowed and the delay of 08 days in filing the appeal is hereby, condoned. I.A. No.4871 of 2026 stands disposed of. Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 455 of 2026 This appeal is directed against the order dated 31.01.2026 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Latehar in connection with B.P. No. 577/2026, arising out of Latehar P.S. Case No.308/2020, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. It has been alleged that some persons including some minor children were found in a bus destined for Tamil Nadu to work in various companies as labourers. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that so far as the appellant is concerned, he is the proprietor of Salony Enterprises and he had contacted the agents for carrying the labours for his company. Learned counsel further submits that all the victims have been recovered and the appellant is in custody from 28.10.2025. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the appellant and the fact that all the victims have been recovered, we, while setting aside the order dated 31.01.2026 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Latehar in connection with B.P. No. 577/2026, arising out of Latehar P.S. Case No.308/2020, direct that the appellant, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No.308 of 2020. This appeal is allowed.
