By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought execution of order passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun in exercise of powers under Section 14 of SARFAESI Act, 2002. 3. It is contended that physical possession of the secured asset has not been handed over to petitioner. 4. This Court is not inclined to issue any direction as prayed for. 5. The writ petition, however, is disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation before the competent authority. If he makes representation within two weeks from today, the competent authority shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order, as per law, within six weeks thereafter.
