1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner to some extent. Perused the impugned order, which is under challenge passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Saoner. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner to some extent and learned DSGI, we have shown our disinclination to interfere in the order of the learned trial Court, in view of the
judgment of the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Mahesh Kumar Agarwal Vs. Union of India and another reported in 2025 SCC OnLine SC 2887.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the learned trial Court.
