Mr. Rajat Chauhan, learned Assistant Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. The petitioner herein prays for his transfer from his present place of posting, i.e. GSSS Pabiana, Tehsil Rajgarh, District Sirmour, H.P., on the ground that he has already completed his normal tenure at the said place of posting. In terms of the averments made in the petition, the petitioner was initially appointed in the month of March, 2019, on contract basis at the said station as Trained Graduate Teacher (Medical) and, thereafter, his services were regularized on the post at the same station w.e.f. 31.01.2022. It is further the contention of the petitioner that the said station is at a distance of more than 200 kilometer from his native place. Accordingly, a prayer has been made that now as the petitioner has already completed his normal tenure of posting at the said station 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:3811 and there are some family obligations which the petitioner has to perform, he may be ordered to be transferred to some other station. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation in this regard, copy whereof is appended with the petition as Annexure P-1 and interest of justice would be served in case the same is decided by the Competent Authority within some reasonable time. 3. In light of the prayer made in the petition as well as the submissions made by the learned Counsel, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the request of the petitioner for his transfer from the present station of his posting be considered by the Authority concerned within a period of four weeks from today and the petitioner be transferred from his present place of posting. The stations which have been mentioned in the representation by the petitioner be taken into consideration while transferring the petitioner as in terms of the averments made in the representation, the said stations are lying vacant. While ordering the transfer, the element of academic session can be taken into consideration by the Authority concerned.Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
