This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the petitioner Rajesh Yadav, who has been facing trial in Special NDPS Case No.09/2026 pending in the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, Baksa, has prayed for releasing him on bail. Page No.# 2/2 3. An intermediate quantity of narcotic drugs was seized from the possession of the accused person. 4. Mr. Das has submitted that charges were framed on 20.04.2026, but no witness has been examined till now. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 6. Let the trial court examine at least three witnesses. 7. After that, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again for seeking regular bail. 8.
