Order 040926ba1130.26 2
3. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the applicant that he is seeking temporary bail on medical ground.
4. This Court has earlier by order dated 16.12.2025 in Criminal Application No.1212/2025, directed to take the applicant to Government Hospital at Nagpur. It is recorded that on merits his application is rejected. I do not see any ground raised in the present application to entertain the same. The application lacks necessary document in respect of health of the applicant. Infact it appears from the earlier order of this Court, that the applicant was suffering from eye and ear problem, and this Court has already taken care and directed the jail authorities to take him to higher centre i.e. Government Hospital at Nagpur. In such circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain the present application for grant of bail, without there being any ground and documents in support thereof. Hence, the application is rejected. The applicant is at liberty to file fresh application, in case he finds the documents and is able to demonstrate before this Court about his condition.
