The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the present application is filed to accept the cause title to implead the Inspector of Police, K10 Koyambedu Police Station, Chennai and Deputy Commissioner of Police, Koyambedu, K10, Koyambedu Police Station, Chennai as respondents in the Contempt Petition. 3. Admittedly, the Police officials were not party in the order in CRP.No.5765 of 2025, which is now complained of being disobeyed wilfully by the first respondent. No directions were also issued to the Police authorities. Therefore, at this stage, I do not find any necessity to implead the Police Officials. Hence, the present Sub Application is dismissed. However, subject to hearing in the contempt petition, further orders or directions may be issued. 4.
