1. Petitioners have filed this writ petition with following prayers:-
"It is therefore, respectfully prayed that Your Lordship may graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition and: A. By an appropriate, writ, order or direction the respondents be directed to regularized services of Petitioners on the post of Class-IV Servant/respondent be directed to decide the Petitioners representation on Merit as early as possible. B. Any other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper be also passed in favour of the Petitioners."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been continuously working with the respondents
[2026:RJ-JP:12491] (2 of 2) [CW-3020/2026] from the year, 2001, and is still continuing with the respondents. They have submitted representations for seeking regularization in services, yet no decision whatsoever has been taken till this date.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be given liberty to make a representation in the light of order dated 29.08.2025 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8332/2002 (Nawal Kishore Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.), and the respondents may be directed to decide the representations in accordance with law.

In the light of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to make representations before the respondent No.2, who shall consider and decide the representations strictly in accordance with law within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of representations along with a certified copy of this order.
5. It is made clear that no opinion has been expressed by this Court on merits of this case.
6. Writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
7. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand, disposed of.
