By this application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, the petitioner Kishan Kumar Kamti has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Manikpur P.S. Case No. 12/2026. Pursuant to the interim order dated 31.03.2026 the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and recorded his statement. Mr. Borthakur has submitted that there are some incriminating materials against the petitioner in the Case Dairy. Page No.# 2/2 I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides. Since the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and cooperating in the investigation, he does not deserve to be detained in custody.
