JUSTICE SANDEEP TANEJA Order 13/03/2026 This application is filed for restoration of the Civil Misc. Appeal. The civil Misc. Appeal was dismissed vide order dated 11.07.2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) in compliance of peremptory order dated 29.04.2025 passed by this Court. For the reasons mentioned therein, the application is allowed and the Civil Misc. Appeal is restored to its original number, subject to applicant-appellant filing the requisite PF & Notices for respondent No. 3 within a period of four weeks.
