By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs : 10.1 Call for the entire records of the case pertaining to the illegal construction works of respondent no 9-11 granted by sarpanch/secretary /respondent no 8 of gram mundiya Tahsil Dongargarh District Rajnandgaon (CG) 3 10.2 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue order/directions directing the respondent no 4 SDO (Revenue) Rajnandagaon to decide pendig Appeal along with stay application who's Revenue case no is 202506092100029 A/74 expeditiously within the stipulated time period and sequentily pass speaking order. 10.3 Any other relief that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioners against the respondents. 10.5 Cost of the petition be also granted to the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that being aggrieved by the order dated 16.5.2025 passed by the Naib Tehsildar, Dongargarh, an appeal under Section 44(1) of the CGLRC has been filed before the SDO(R), Rajnandgaon. He submits that the said appeal is presently consideration and has not yet been decided. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to dispose of this petition with a direction to the concerned SDO(R) to decide the said appeal expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the documents annexed with the petition carefully. 4. Considering the above aspect of the matter, the SDO (R), Rajnandgaon is directed to consider the subject appeal and decide the same expeditiously. 5.
