Learned counsel for respondents submits that the petitioner has been reinstated vide order dated 10.07.2026. Copy of order is supplied to the petitioner. He further submits that despite the order of reinstatement, the petitioner is not joining the services. 4. If that be so, the respondents are at liberty to take appropriate steps, in accordance with Rules governing the petitioner's employment. 5.
