The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 282 of 2021 pending on the file of learned Nyayadhikari, Gram Nyayalaya- cum-J.M.F.C., Rajnagar, arising out of Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 0241 of 2021, for commission of offences punishable under Section 341,294,323,427,417, 506 and 385 of IPC. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the Petitioner was the employer of the complainant- Informant and to feed fat his grudge as such, the Petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case at hand. 4. Such submission is opposed by the learned counsel for the State. p. 2 5. Considering the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper. 6.
