In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondent- police to obtain necessary sanction from the Government as expeditiously as possible and consequently, file a final report in Crime No.60 of 2018 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of sanction. 4.
