We may note here that application seeking to condone delay in filing revision petition is still pending before the Minister. In that view of the matter, the revision petition is not even registered and thus is not on the file of the Minister. In the circumstances, there arises no question of directing the Minister to decide the revision expeditiously. 4. In fact, the petitioner has put forth a misleading prayer.
