Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities. 3. The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher. She had applied for transfer on general ground. The application has, however, been rejected by the school authorities without assigning any reason. Since a long time has lapsed since the application was made in 2021, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh application in the prescribed form with the school authorities by April 30, 2026. 2 4. The school authorities will consider the same and expedite the onward progression by sending such application to the concerned District Inspector of Schools(S.E.), if she is otherwise eligible by May 25, 2026. 5. The D.I. will consider the application in accordance with the Transfer Rules preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the application from the school. 6. Since the ‘Utsashree Portal’ is suspended, the application will be made in the offline mode and be considered by the school and other authorities in the offline mode. 7. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of. 8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 9.
