11/21.04.2026 This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for commanding upon the respondents to issue Vikas Pustika and manage the rehabilitation facilities as per current policy as the original petitioner was full displaced person.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that original petitioner, namely, Kali Pada Mahato was a member of full displaced family consequently his entire landed properties including residing house has been acquired and the compensation has already been made. He further submits that the original petitioner filed representation by way of Annexure-2, 2/1 and 2/2, however, no decision has been taken on that representation.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State submits that if the representation is pending, the decision can be taken by respondent no.2.

In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and considering that no decision has been taken on the said representation, in that view of the matter, the petitioners herein are directed to file a fresh representation before respondent no.2 (The Rehabilitation Officer No.2 (Village- Gopalpur), Chandil, District- Seraikella Kharswan) within a period of two weeks and respondent no.2 in his turn will take a decision on the said representation in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.
5. With the above observation and direction, this writ petition is
disposed of.
